أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ فِي الرَّهْنِ : " إِذَا كَانَ أَكْثَرَ ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ ، ذَهَبَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِقَدْرِ مَا ذَهَبَ مِنَ الرَّهْنِ ، وَإِذَا كَانَ الْحَقُّ أَكْثَرَ ، ذَهَبَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي ذَهَبَ مِنَ الرَّهْنِ " .
