أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ ، في الرجل يرهن الشيء ثم يَقُولُ : هِيَ وَدِيعَةٌ ، وَيَقُولُ الآخَرُ : بل هو رهن ، قال : " هُوَ وَدِيعَةٌ ، إِلا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الآخَرُ بِبَيِّنَةٍ أَنَّهُ رَهْنٌ " .
