: " كَانَ لا يَقْطَعُ فِي الطَّيْرِ " ، قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ : " وَيُسْتَحْسَنُ أَلا يُقْطَعَ مَنْ سَرَقَ مِنْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ ، خَالِهِ , أَوْ عَمِّهِ , أَوْ ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ " .
