: " أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْجِزْيَةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ أَتَوْا عُمَرَ ، فَقَالُوا : إِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِذَا نَزَلُوا بِنَا كَلَّفُونَا الْغَنَمَ وَالدَّجَاجَ , فَقَالَ عُمَرُ " أَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِنْ طَعَامِكُمُ الَّذِي تَأْكُلُونَ ، وَلا تَزِيدُوهُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ " .
