أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نُجَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : " مَنِ اشْتَرَطَ شَرْطًا ، وَنَقَصَ مِنْهُ مِنَ الثَّمَنِ ، فَالشَّرْطُ بَاطِلٌ ، وَيُرَدُّ إِلَيْهِ مَا نَقَصَ " .
