عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , قَالَ : " وَلا يَرِثُ الْجَنِينُ , وَلا يَتِمُّ عَقْلُهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ , فَإِنْ عَطَسَ , فَهُوَ عِنْدِي بِمَنْزِلَةِ الاسْتِهْلالِ " .
