أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، دَفَعَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مَالا مُضَارَبَةً ، فَجَاءَهُ بِالْمَالِ وَبِنَصِيبِهِ مِنَ الرِّبْحِ ، فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ ادَّعَى أَنَّهُ غَلَطَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا خَرَجَ الْمَالُ مِنْهُ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ " .
