, قَالَ : " إِذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ إِلا الثُّلُثُ بَيْنَ الإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الأَبِ وَالأُمِّ , وَبَيْنَ الإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الأُمِّ , فَهُمْ فِيهِ شُرَكَاءُ ، لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنْثَى " .
