عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ , عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , قَالَ " كَانَ يُضَمِّنُ القَصَّارَ إِذَا نَضَحَ الْمَاءَ فِي الطَّرِيقِ , فَزَلَّ فِيهِ إِنْسَانٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الأَسْوَاقِ وَغَيْرِهِمْ ، إِذَا كَانَ فِي غَيْرِ مِلْكِهِ " .
