قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : " الْمُحْتَكِرُ الَّذِي يَشْتَرِي مِنَ السُّوقِ الَّذِي يَبْتَاعَ فِي الْبَلَدِ ، وَالَّذِي يَجْلِبُ لا بَأْسَ بِهِ ، لَيْسَ بِمُحْتَكِرٍ ، وَإِذَا ابْتَاعَ فِي السُّوقِ فَلَمْ يُغْرِ السِّعْرَ فَلا بَأْسَ عَلَيْهِ " .
