، قَالا : " فِي الأَمَةِ إِذَا اسْتُكْرِهَتْ : إِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا فَعُشْرُ ثَمِنِهَا ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثَيِّبَا فَنِصْفُ عُشْرِ ثَمِنِهَا " .
