، " يَقْضِيَانِ لِلْجَدِّ مَعَ الأَخِ الْوَاحِدِ النِّصْفَ , وَمَعَ الاثْنَيْنِ الثُّلُثَ , فَإِذَا كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ , لَمْ يُنْقِصْ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ شَيْئًا " .
