، مَرَّ عَلَى حَاطِبِ بْنِ أَبِي بَلْتَعَةَ وَهُوَ يَبِيعُ زَبِيبًا لَهُ فِي السُّوقِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ : " إِمَّا أَنْ تَزِيدَ فِي السِّعْرِ ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ تَرْفَعَ عَنْ سُوقِنَا " .
