وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ ضَالَّةً فَهُوَ ضَالٌّ " ، قَالَ يَحْيَى : نَرَى أَنَّهَا الإِبِلُ .
