حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، " أَن رَجُلا اسْتَأْجَرَ حَمَّالا ، فَحَمَلَ لَهُ قَارُورَةً فِيهَا دُهْنٌ ، فَوَقَعَتْ فَانْكَسَرَتْ ، فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ ، فَضَمَّنَهُ " .
