كَانَ " يُضَمِّنُ الرَّاعِيَ ، وَالصَّبَّاغَ ، وَالْقَصَّارَ ، وَالْخَيَّاطَ ، وَنَحْوَ ذَلِكَ ، لِيَحْفَظُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ أَمْتِعَتَهُمْ " .
