حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، فِي رَجُلٍ كَسَرَ قَائِمَةَ دَابَّةٍ ، قَالَ : " هُوَ ضَامِنٌ لِقِيمَتِهَا " .
