، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا وَطِئَهَا فَقَدْ وَجَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ ، وَإِذَا رَأَى الْعَيْبَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ، إِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّ " .
