، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ مَرَضٍ أَوْ وَجَعٍ يُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنَ إِلا كَانَ كَفَّارَةً لِذُنُوبِهِ ، حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةِ يُشَاكُهَا أَوِ النَّكْبَةِ يُنْكَبُهَا " .
