، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ : " لا تَسْأَلِ الإِمَارَةَ ، فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ تُعْطَهَا عَنْ مَسْأَلَةٍ تُوَكَّلْ إِلَيْهَا ، وَإِنْ تُعْطَهَا عَنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ تُعَنْ عَلَيْهَا " .
