قَالَ : " الْقُضَاةُ ثَلاثَةٌ : قَاضٍ اجْتَهَدَ فَأَخْطَأَ فِي النَّارِ ، وَقَاضٍ رَأَى الْحَقَّ فَقَضَى بِغَيْرِهِ فِي النَّارِ ، وَقَاضٍ اجْتَهَدَ فَأَصَابَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ " .
