قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : رَأَيْتُ فِي كِتَابٍ لِهَارُونَ الْمُسْتَمْلِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي غَلَّتَهُ فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ ، يُعْطَى فِي الْجِهَادِ ، وَفِي الْعِتْقِ ، وَنَحْوٍ مِنْ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ : " لَا . يُقَسَّمُ فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ " .
