حَدِيثُ : " الْمُؤْمِنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ عَلَى نَسَبِهِ " ، لَا أَصْلَ لَهُ مَرْفُوعًا ، وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ قَوْلِ مَالِكٍ ، وَغَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْعُلَمَاءِ بِلَفْظِ : " النَّاسُ مُؤْتَمَنُونَ عَلَى أَنْسَابِهِمْ " .
