رضي اللَّه عنه يفرض للمولود إذا ولد في عشرة ، فإذا بلغ أن يفرض له ألحق بالفريضة ، فلما كان معاوية فرض ذلك للفطيم ، فلما كان عَبْد الملك بْن مروان قطع ذلك كله إلا عمن شاء .
