، يَقُولُ : " كُلِّ سُلْطَانٍ فِي الْقُرْآنِ فَهِيَ حُجَّةٌ كَانَ لِلْهُدْهُدِ سُلْطَانٌ ، قَوْلُ سُلَيْمَانَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ سورة النمل آية 21 .
