: أَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ سورة النمل آية 88 ، يَقُولُ : " أَحْكَمَ كُلَّ شيْءٍ " ، وَرُوِيَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، وَعَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ ، وَالثَّوْرِيِّ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ .
