أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ ، عَنِ الأَصْمَعِيِّ : " مَا لِفُلانٍ مَاشِيَةٌ وَلا عَقَارٌ : أَيْ لَيْسَ لَهُ أَصْلٌ مِنَ الأَرْضِ ، وَأَخْرَجَهُمْ مِنْ عُقْرِ دَارِهِمْ ، يُرِيدُ مِنْ أَصْلِ دَارِهِمْ " .
