وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ ، عَنِ الأَصْمَعِيِّ : " يُقَالُ لِلدَّمِ الْجَامِدِ : الْعَلَقُ , وَهُوَ مَا عَلِقَ بَعْضُهُ بِبَعْضٍ ، وَالْعَلَقُ : الدَّمُ " .
