أَخْبَرَنَا سَلَمَةُ , عَنِ الْفَرَّاءِ ، قَالَ : " النَّوْصُ : التَّأَخُّرُ , وَالْبَوْصُ : التَّقَدُّمُ . قَالَ : أَمِنْ ذِكْرِ سَلْمَى أَنْ نَأَتْكَ تَنُوصُ فَتَقْصُرُ عَنْهَا خُطْوَةً وَتَبُوصُ " .
