وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرٌو ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ الْمُزَنِيِّ : " الْمُدَاوَمَةُ : النَّاقَةُ تُدَاوِمُ عَلَى حَلْبَتِهَا ، وَيُقَالُ : أَحْمَرُ مُدَمًّى فِي الْجَمَلِ ، وَالتَّدْمِيَةُ : أَنْ يَكُونَ أَحَمَّ السَّرَاةِ " .
