حَدَّثَنَا خَتَنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَكْثَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ : " دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ وَقَدْ جَذَا مَنْخِرَاهُ ، وَشَخَصَتْ عَيْنُهُ ، فَعَرَفْنَا فِيهِ الْمَوْتَ " .
