: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَبِيعَ عَقَارَهُ ، فَلْيَعْرِضْهُ عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ " .
