أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو نَصْرٍ , عَنِ الأَصْمَعِيُّ : " الْفَقِيرُ : الرَّكِيَّةُ , يُقَالَ : فَقَّرُوا مَا حَوْلَهُمْ أَيْ حَفَرُوا , وَإِذَا غُرِسَتِ الْوَدِيَّةُ فِي أَرْضٍ صُلْبَةٍ " , قِيلَ : إِنَّهَا لا تَكْرُمُ حَتَّى يُفَقَّرَ لَهَا .
