: " ذِي مَسْغَبَةٍ : ذِي مَجَاعَةٍ " . قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ : وَهُوَ قَوْلُ مُجَاهِدٍ , وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ , وَالضَّحَّاكِ , وَالْحَسَنِ , وَعِكْرِمَةَ , وَعَطَاءٍ .
