" إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنِ الْعُلَمَاءُ أَوْلِيَاءَ فَلَيْسَ لِي وَلِيٌّ " ، قال في المقاصد : لا أعرفه حديثًا . وروى بلفظ . إن لم يكن الفقهاء أولياء الله في الآخرة فما لله ولى .
