" تَخَيَّرُوا لِنُطَفِكُمْ , وَأَنْكِحُوا الأَكْفَاءَ ، وَأَنْكِحُوا إِلَيْهِمْ " ، قَالَ فِي الْمُخْتَصَرِ : مَدَارُهُ عَلَى أُنَاسٍ ضُعَفَاءَ .
