" إِذَا غَابَ الْهِلالُ قَبْلَ الشَّفَقِ فَهُوَ لِلَيْلَةٍ , وَإِذَا غَابَ بَعْدَ الشَّفَقِ فَهُوَ لِلَيْلَتَيْنِ " ، رَوَاهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، مَرْفُوعًا ، وَقَالَ : لا أَصْلَ لَهُ .
