وَذَكَرْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ بَعْضِ النَّاسِ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَ الشَّيْءُ الْمُسْتَهْلَكُ مِثْلَ الدُّهْنِ وَالزَّيْتِ ، وَالَّذِي لا يُوصَلُ إِلَيْهِ بِعَيْنِهِ ، أُعْطِي الْعِوَضَ ؟ " قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ، هَكَذَا هُوَ " .
