وَسَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ فَرِيكِ السُّنْبُلِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَسَّمَ ؟ فَقَالَ : لا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ غَيْرُ صَاحِبِ الْأَرْضِ . فَأَرَى أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ الَّذِي يُرْوَى فِي الْخَرْصِ " دَعُوا لَهُمْ بِقَدْرِ مَا يَأْكُلُونَ " .
