سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ الْخَرْدَلِ ، يَكُونُ فِيهِ الزَّبِيبُ ؟ فَقَالَ : " إِذَا غَلا لَمْ يُؤْكَلْ ، وَلَكِنْ يُصَبُّ فِيهِ خَلٌ حَتَّى لا يَغْلِيَ " .
