نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ إِذَا مَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ : " إِنْ وَلَدَتْهُ حَيًّا فَنَفَقَتُهَا مِنْ نَصِيبِهِ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَيِّتًا فَمِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ " .
