نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خالد ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , قَالَ : " لا يَحُوزُ طَلاقُ الْمَجْنُونِ إِذَا طَلَّقَ فِي جُنُونِهِ , وَإِذَا عَقَلَ فَطَلاقُهُ جَائِزٌ " .
