نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا مَنْصُورٌ ، وَيُونُسُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا جَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِ غَيْرِهَا فَالْقَضَاءُ مَا قَضَى ، فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا فَوَاحِدَةٌ ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
