نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا مُطَرِّفٌ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ , أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرَّةَ عَلَى الأَمَةِ فَهُوَ طَلاقُ الأَمَةِ ، وَلا يَجْتَمِعَانِ إِلا لِمَمْلُوكٍ " .
