نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا حُصَيْنٌ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , أَنَّهُ " كَانَ يُجِيزُ طَلاقَ السُّلْطَانِ عَلَى الإِكْرَاهِ ، وَلا يُجِيزُ طَلاقَ اللُّصُوصِ " .
