نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا مُغِيرَةُ ، وَأنا الأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " كُلُّ يَمِينٍ مَنَعَتْ جِمَاعًا فَهِيَ إِيلاءٌ " . نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا أَشْعَثُ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ أَيْضًا .
