نا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ إِلَى مُكَاتَبِهِ أَوْ إِلَى عَبْدِهِ ، جَازَ ذَلِكَ وَكَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْوَصِيِّ " .
