نا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنًا مَمْلُوكًا ، فَأُعْتِقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ مِيرَاثُهُ ، فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُهُ " .
