نا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا مَدِينَةٍ افْتُتِحَتْ عَنْوَةً ، فَأَسْلَمَ أَهْلُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْتَسِمُوا فَهُمْ أَحْرَارٌ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ " .
