نا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , فِي الأَمَةِ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ أَوِ الْعَبْدِ فَتُعْتَقُ ، فَقَالَ : " لَهَا الْخِيَارُ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ " .
